Just for 60 days (or until I go to Utah, whichever comes sooner). My mom is doing it with me.
I'm not doing it for weight loss, that would be ridiculous. I just... feel so awesome when I do it. I did it this past November. Sure, it's harder to find stuff to eat, but I feel so alive, healthy, and radiant. None of my Ostergar relatives understand, but that's okay. I am weird.
What do I eat?
- apples
- animal crackers
- Mediterranean eggplant wraps from Trader Joe's
- Cheerio's with banana and soymilk
- smoothies
- hummus
- salad
- almonds
- trail mix without m&m's
- PB&J
- anything sans milk, eggs, butter, meat...etc.
