You know how a few days ago, I said I wanted to die because my stomach hurt so bad? Well I really was dying. It was my appendix! I had surgery on Monday night. I was in a lot of pain after the surgery, but I am doing a lot better now. The worst part about the whole thing was going into anesthesia and coming out of it. I was so confused! They put some anesthesia medicine in my IV, and then the started asking me all these questions. I was trying to answer, but I couldn't! Then they put a gas mask over my mouth and it was SOOOOO nasty! I couldn't breathe! But I went right out. When I woke up I was crying uncontrollably, and I didn't even know why! I didn't stop crying for like two hours. The nurse told my mom that uncontrollable crying is how some people react to anesthesia, kind of like a side effect.
Anyway, I've just been sitting around eating bagels and fruit. I'm just having fun watching lots of good movies and talking to my Dad. The good part is I won't have a PE class for like three weeks! yahoo!
